To maintain a comfortable sized server, we remove members who go weeks without engaging. Notice in advance is always given, however.⚠️ We politely ask that those who apply are interested in being active! Obviously we don't expect everyone to be active daily, but if you know you'll just end up muting the server, then please reconsider..!

This is where we try and pitch why think you should consider joining our lil server..!🏰 The server has been running since November 2024 and is still active, so please don't worry about joining a server that is going to drop dead within a few weeks.🏰 We have regular hangouts !! These include game nights twice a week, semi-regular movie nights, productivity time, celebrating members birthdays, and just general voice call sessions, whether thats to chat or just vibe to music. Speaking in call isn't a requirement, we have a Text-to-Speech bot for those who need it!🏰 Semi-regular prompts to get everyone involved! These include questions and scenarios to answer, picrews to make of your ships, templates to fill out.. also silly things like roleplay :)🏰 Encouragement to learn about eachothers f/os and their sources! We have a channel dedicated to making informative threads on sources for others to learn about them! Each member also gets their own channel to do with as they please, whether it be gushing, sharing art, or just general chatter!🏰 Plenty of non-selfship related channels to chatter in! While this is a selfship server, I'd like everyone to be able to chatter casually and so we have plenty of space to talk about other things. These include different interest channels, a channel dedicated to collecting and oshikatsu, media sharing, and so on.🏰 We play Wordle every day and get really heated about it. /j🏰 Server changes and such are a group effort. Rather than acting as a sole moderator, all decisions, whether that be amendments to the rules, new channels, activities, etc. are things that everyone is invited to discuss and weigh in on.

After being in many selfship (adjacent) servers over the years, I came to realise there were certain things that I personally didn't enjoy, and wanted to remedy when creating my own server. These include..❌ Posting over eachother being accepted and normalised.
I personally dislike it when servers have "#gush-channel-1" and similar [dump your stuff here without acknowledging anyone else] channels. While I don't expect everyone to respond to every message ever, I encourage members to make everyone feel heard.❌ Having an uncomfortable amount of members.
While some thrive in huge servers, I personally find it very overwhelming when there's 100+ members in a server where I'd like to get to know everyone and their ships. For this reason, the server is usually closed to new members, with specific opening windows after removing inactive members. As of right now, I don't plan on exceeding 40 members.❌ Joining without knowing if you'll be comfortable as a non-sharer.
I personally find it daunting asking to join a server not knowing if I'll be comfortable, or potentially make anyone else uncomfortable by joining as a double. As such, the Masterlist of everyone's romantic f/os (and other characters that members are uncomfortable sharing) is available to view before joining, and non-sharing boundaries are not crossed to ensure everyone's comfort.

Yes, of course! If you were removed for inactivity, then I do ask that you try to check in with us now and then and/or make an effort to interact with others rather than focusing on yourself as these are two rules of ours that contribute to potentially being removed.💬 "You have me blocked on Twitter, can I still join?"

This is something that I had people say last time we advertised the server, and I do apologise for the disappointment, but this is not something I'm willing to make passes on. Members comfort comes first and foremost.💬 Is it okay to join if we aren't mutuals / friends?
